Download your Full-Service Presort Files & Review

The presorted Full-Service & Seamless Acceptance compliant files will be available for download. Our team delivers completed files as quickly as 15 minutes up to 2 days depending on the requested level of services and customization.

Returned files include tray tags, pallet flags, qualification reports, Mail.Dat, and more. When eligible, pieces will be processed to receive a $0.001 rebate.*

All mailings will be automatically uploaded to the USPS PostalOne! Dashboard and ready for verification at the post office of choice.

Simply review your returned files, print, and drop off at the USPS.

*Seamless Acceptance and Full-Service compliance may require a one-time setup with the United States Postal Service. Depending on your specific requirements, Basic level mail files may be returned as well.

CASS® Address Standardization & Geocoding

Our CASS engine provides one of the most accurate CASS® and Address Standardizations on the market. All lists receive a full Delivery Point Verification (DPV®) report and invalid

NCOALink® 48+ Month Lookback

Every list is checked for moves within the past 48 months. We can determine moves based on company or address. Longer than 48 month look-back is available at an additional charge.

IMb® or IMpb® Presorting

Intelligent Mail® barcodes (IMb) or Intelligent Mail Parcel Barcodes (IMpb) are provided with all presorted lists.

Seamless Acceptance Rebate

To qualify for a $0.001 postage rebate per mailpiece, the USPS requires more stringent data processing. Our team can bring your lists up to compliance and get your facility authorized to take advantage of this rebate. Depending on mail volumes, this may generate a substantial savings.

Suppression, Householding & Deduplication

How It Works

Our process is simple and meant to enable a seamless and streamlined tradeoff from your current data processing workflow. Send us your original file, and we return all relevant USPS paperwork and electronically transmit the files to your desired USPS office.

Step 1 - Upload your list

Navigate to your dedicated, fully customizable online portal and upload your mailing list. Our robust and simplified automated bots will guide you through the process and request all information such as mailpiece specifications and any additional services you may prefer. We offer many automated services that range from basic tasks such as deduplication, eInduction, Drop Shipment Analysis, Mail Tracking, Seamless Acceptance, advanced Merge and Purge to many more.

Step 2 - Processing

Depending on the selected options or if you choose to expedite your lists(s), you will receive your fully presorted list(s) within 1-48 hours. We provide all relevant USPS digital files and transmit the data electronically so your desired USPS location is ready for your mailing on their Dashboard.

Step 3 - Review & Mail

Receive fully presorted data files in your specified format such as CSV, DBF, and many more. You will receive print ready files. This means our files are ready for the inkjet, or use with your impositioning software.
Additionally, we electronically transmit all relevant USPS forms directly to your desired Post Office so they have your mailing ready for drop-off on their Dashboard.
